Conservatory of Music

  • We are the University of Lethbridge Conservatory of Music: a music school located in downtown Lethbridge (in Casa) made up of highly trained musicians from the U of L Department of Music and local distinguished musicians.

  • We offer music lessons to anyone of any age and level, and many group classes, ensembles, and concerts.

  • COVID-19 Update: This Fall, 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and out of an abundance of caution, we will NOT be offering Let’s Drum Beginner Classes, Mini-U Music classes, or the SWAY Wind Ensemble. All other programs will be running, either in-person or online. For Private Music Lessons, some will run in-person and some will run online (or a combination of both), depending on the instrument and instructor/student comfort levels. Choirs / Vocal (September - April)

Choirs / Vocal (September - April)

We have five age-specific choirs, starting as young as 5 years old, that rehearse at Casa throughout the school year. We are guided by a simple philosophy that all people are entitled to sing, and that fine choral music can be achieved through practice and commitment, and that singing should ultimately be a joyful experience.

Covid-19 Update: Our Children's Choir, Youth Singer, Alegre Choir and Incanto Singers will be delivered in an online format for Fall. Click through for more information.

Drumming (September - April)

NOTE: Masks will be mandatory in Casa and in rehearsals, and many safety measures will be in place. We will not be offering Let's Drum group classes for Fall 2020.
