FitMOM Circuit

This circuit style workout is designed with some high intensity work to increase your heart rate, as well as some muscle building exercises. Sets and reps of exercises will be given as you move from one exercise to another. A variety of equipment will be used, including: bikes, steps, weights, bands, gliders and BOSU balls. This workout is suitable for all levels, and options are always available for xercises depending on the moms needs.
