The High Performance Center at the University Lethbridge is the home of the Pronghorns strength and conditioning. We are also currently partnered with the Alberta Sport Development Center Southwest region to provide youth programs for all different sports. With our state of the art facility we provides the foundation of athleticism to instill a drive for personal growth and excellence. We strive to improve athletes’ physical conditioning, strength, speed, agility, and flexibility.
The HP trainers make it their responsibility to facilitate the highest quality of programming/training. Our trainers provide proper movement instruction, which allows the athlete to execute athletic movements safely/effectively. We devote our time to create appropriate/safe programs which gives the athletes the ability to achieve excellence.

The University of Lethbridge's Women's Soccer team frequently offers extensive programming opportunities from introductory level to advance. Lead by Co-Head Coach Jack Reddy, players will be challenged to train mind and body as they develop their skills well beyond their current level of play. Through our perspective programs, players will work on their weaknesses and be trained to turn those weaknesses into strengths; both tactically and technically.
