From youngest to oldest, beginner to accomplished swimmer, we have a variety of programs, lessons and aquatic activities to keep you busy.
Children learn the beauty of classical dance technique while they develop grace, posture, musicality, and concentration. A creative focus is placed on developing self-expression. The teaching method is based on the Royal Academy of Dance Syllabus. Classes are divided primarily by age.
Our main wall is 2000 square feet of modular climbing, it just like climbing the real thing! We have a large bouldering cave and with a short orientation from our staff it will keep you striving for more. Climbers on the big wall must pass a belay test or come with a belayer. We offer Day Passes, Beginner Introductory Lessons, Lead and Rappelling courses, Group Bookings, Birthday Party experiences and youth programs!
Horns Recreation Sport Clubs provide everyone the opportunity to participate in competive & recreational events throughout Lethbridge and the Province of Alberta. Club members are actively involved in the leadership, responsibility, and decision-making process of club activities.

Closure of the Northside Recreation Facility:
For the past six years the University of Lethbridge has been proud to host our Gymfinity Gymnastics, X-Finity Trampoline & Tumbling, and Aerial Acrobatic / Cirque programs at the University of Lethbridge Northside Recreation Facility. During that time, hundreds of gymnasts, tumblers, and acrobats from all ages and stages of competitiveness have been through our programs and we have been so grateful for the community support.
Despite the success of our gymnastics programs over the years, the current economic climate has made the continued lease of our Northside Recreation Facility untenable. Our lease expires on August 31st and we have made the difficult decision not to renew it. Therefore it is with deepest regrets that we inform the gymnastics community that we will no longer offer gymnastics programming at the University of Lethbridge. Horns Recreation will continue to run its gymnastics summer camps out of the facility until the end of August, after which we will no longer operate any programming out of the Northside Recreation Facility.
The precomp & competitive Trampoline & Tumbling programs will be moving to Westwind Gymnastics and they also hope to host recreational trampoline classes in the near future. We will have an update soon on the Aerial Acrobatics/Cirque program and where it will be available. Lethbridge is home to two fantastic gymnastics clubs - Westwinds Gymnastics and Eclipse Gymnastics - that are well worth considering for recreational and competitive gymnastics. If you have any questions, please contact Scott Whiteside @ (email@example.com)
Many thanks for your continued support of our Horns Recreation Programs
