We offer a variety of group fitness and yoga classes throughout the week.

All classes can be booked up to 90 days in advance with your Fitness Class Pass, available in 10 and 20 class options.

Drop-in classes are marked with ** and are included in your membership. Not available to book online (must obtain card from Customer Service Desk)

Once you sign up for your Free Health Assessment, one of our Qualified Nutrition Coaches will contact you to schedule a time to meet and discuss your goals and create a plan.

They will also help you determine which plan is best for YOU!

Each of our nutrition programs is specifically designed with the busy person in mind. These programs will change the way you view your relationship with food, educate you on how food is used as fuel, and transform your lifestyle!
